f you are available at short notice (ideal start date late October) and are looking for a commercial role that will offer a good degree of flexibility, then this could be an ideal opportunity. Initially the business is looking for someone on a 6 month fixed term contract though it is highly likely this could go permanent.
You will be expected to draft, review and negotiate a range of master service agreements, confidentiality agreements in addition to other commercial agreements. Ideally an understanding of data protection would also be helpful, but it is not essential that you have in depth knowledge, more that you can work your way around a consent form.
Your contractual working hours will be 9-5.30pm, though the business is generally quite flexible and would consider some home working.
The business is an international one that focuses on healthcare, thus any exposure to this sector or pharma would be a pre-requisite. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a solid commercial background to join a great business and work independently. As a result, you will need to be able to hit the ground running.
