Interim L&D BP – £45-50k & car/or car allowance – 6 month FTC – Birmingham base & Southern travel
This market leading organisation is undergoing some significant change, so they have a requirement for an interim L&D Business Partner for a 6 month FTC to provide additional support the existing L&D team – they can accommodate an immediate start, so the ideal candidate needs to be available at short notice.
Reporting into the Head of L&D, key aspects of the role include:
Delivery – c 30/40% of your time – delivering management skills courses across the UK – so a fair amount of travel with some nights away from home required
Training design – all of the new courses have been developed but are likely to need some amendments and possibly create new content.
Apprenticeships – transitioning to a new supplier and developing processes and winning business support alongside the Head of L&D
Induction – support with creating/developing the Induction programme
Step up/Succession programmes – this may be on the agenda later in the year
Experience of digital/e learning sourcing and implementing
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, self sufficient L&D professional used to working in private sector organisations that are experiencing Change and therefore be comfortable with ambiguity with a degree of turbulence.
