* Coordinate a calendar of upcoming activities and cross-check against other planned internal communications.
* Recommend strategies, channels and tactics for increasing employee engagement.
* Write content for the internal communications initiatives.
* Create, schedule and coordinate delivery of internal email campaigns.
* An excellent writer
* Confident and articulate; able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation, including senior level
* Have had both administrative and internal communications experience
* Knowledge of all Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
