My client is within the education sector and seeking to transform their development programmes.
You will work with the internal OD team to design and deliver Leadership and Management Development programmes and other OD and engagement interventions that will build capability and capacity, enable leaders and leadership teams to reach their full potential, and drive the achievement of the organisation’s Vision and Strategy.
You will model a strong customer orientated approach in order to establish effective and productive working relationships within the HR and OD team to support the development and delivery of a seamless, customer focused OD service to colleagues across the organisation.
To be successful you will be qualified to degree level or have extensive and recent experience of developing, delivering and evaluating OD interventions and/or leadership and management development programmes in large, complex organisations. You will be MBTI qualified, experienced in coaching and developing colleagues at a senior level and in providing 360 and MBTI feedback.
We are seeking two roles:
3 days per week
5 days per week
You must be able to start in Nov/Dec 2018 and work until July 2019 as a minimum.
This is an opportunity to shape the Learning and Talent strategy within the organisation and work cross functional to deliver these roles.
You will work within a dynamic organisation amongst a high performing Hr and Talent team.
